STF shrimp and peppers

One pan wonder STF shrimp dinner

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 20 large or 30 medium shrimp, raw and peeled or shell-on
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, roughly chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, roughly chopped
  • 3-4 tbsp of STF sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil oil
  • Fresh ground black pepper (as necessary)

Marinate shrimp and bell peppers in STF sauce, 1-2 hours.

Heat oil in large cast-iron or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Toss and cook until shrimp is lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Serve with fluffy white or brown rice.
