1. Soak wood for 4 hrs min
2. Prep fish by lightly coating with salt, pepper, lemon, thyme, and our Spicy Tangy Funky
3. Thinly slice lemon and nicely place on top of the Salmon
4. Heat grill put plank on the grill with fish on top
