EST ground lamb over noodles

Cook some Chinese noodles in boiling water and set aside

Blanch or stir fry some baby bok choy with minced garlic and set aside

Grate some zucchini and set aside

Brown 1lb of ground lamb in some oil w/ diced onions and season

Once meat is almost cooked, add that EST fire and let it simmer a few minutes

Arrange and enjoy
